We understand that the smallest change in appearance and arrangement can make all the difference.
Even the smallest change can make such a difference to an existing room or a tweak to an overall proposed plan. We spend the time in the beginning to make sure the design and layout of the home is right and ticks all the boxes but also looks great and works well for the family.

FULL PLANNING APPLICATIONS...
As with any major changes in property appearance, a planning application needs to be submitted to the local council to approve the proposed alterations.
We will visit the property, survey the existing building and discuss the design and advise on any changes that may enhance the overall feel of the building and also anything that may help with gaining planning approval.
We will work closely with the planning officers to ensure any changes that can be made to help gain planning permission, will be incorporated.

BUILDING REGULATIONS APPLICATIONS...
Once planning has been approved, all aspects of the design need to be detailed to show compliance with building regulations and ensure that the proposed design is structurally sound and correct.
This is an in-depth detailed submission of the approved planning application and will allow the proposal to pass Building Regulations approval so you have a full set of drawings for your chosen builder to get you ready to build.
